Running, jumping, squatting, cheering...and this was just what I was doing while photographing Cast Iron CrossFit's June edition of the Clash of the Fittest this past weekend.
CrossFit competitions have no shortage of triumph and heartache. This particular competition was the largest I've photographed to date. I have to admit, I underestimated how long the day would be.
I took a crazy amount of photos which can be viewed in full, HERE. But before you check that out, below are a few of the highlights:
